We accept payments using Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED.
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same as printed on the Transaction Receipt. The charged amount to your card will appear in your card’s currency.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.

3. Pricing & Services
Prices are displayed in AED, with currency conversion available for USD if required.
All descriptions of services (such as ghostwriting, editing, design, and consultancy) are listed transparently on the Site.
No refunds are offered. Only cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are acceptable.

4. Cancellations
Customers can cancel their order/service request within 24 hours of payment.
Refunds, if applicable due to cancellation within 24 hours, will be made back to the original payment solution used. Refund processing may take up to 45 business days.
After 24 hours, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.

5. Restrictions
We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Customers using this website who are under the age of 18 shall not register as Users of the Site, nor transact on or use the Site.

6. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and all Site policies and rules.

7. Disputes & Governing Law
